Part of the Spring 2017 Collection - Designer Susanna IC - SKEINS NEEDED (3/2) -The scarf is worked in two identical halves from a provisional cast on down to both ends. The width can be easily customized just by adding pattern repeats; each repeat will require an additional 22 stitches cast on. The crescent is worked from the top down; a firm cast on is important because the crescent shape needs to be supported during blocking to allow the lace points to stretch fully. A stretchy cast on may result in less depth to the project’s points. Use a smaller needle if needed.
