Panels of two- and three-stitch right-twist cables (worked without a cable needle) bordered by twisted knit stitches decorate the leg and extend as “clocks” along the sides of the insteps of these subtly textured socks. Worked in sportweight yarn on size 2.75 mm (US 2) needles, these socks are firm and durable.
