Instructions
Bottom Edge Ribbing
Cast on 84 sts. Join into a circle being careful not to twist sts. Place a marker at beg of round and work in k1, p1 ribbing for 1".
Pattern A
Rnd 1: Knit.
Rnd 2: *K2, p4, repeat from * around.
Repeat Rnd 2 4 more times.
Pattern B
Rnd 1: Knit.
Rnd 2: *P3, k2, p4, repeat from * around.
Repeat Rnd 2 4 more times.
Repeat Pattern A and B 2 more times.
Top Decreasing
Begin decreasing at top of hat, changing to double point needles when necessary:
Rnd 1: *K5, k2tog, rep from *.
Rnd 2: and all even numbered rnds Knit.
